Attention All Vendors!

You are cordially invited to the 1st Annual Middle Tennessee Wedding Extravaganza inside the Murphy Center Complex at Middle Tennessee State University on Saturday, August 1, 2009, from 12:00 pm until 5:00 pm.

At last, an event that showcases your business to brides within ALL of the Middle Tennessee area! As an entrepreneur, you know how important it is to market your professional services.

As an exhibitor, you will receive:

· Listing on our pre-expo Exhibitor webpage with a link to your website.

· Promotional Text Listing in our Program Guide to be given to all brides that includes your Company Name and Contact Info.

· Promotion on our Extravaganza Prize webpage of prize drawings you may be conducting at the Extravaganza, plus acknowledgement of prize contributions toward our Prize Drawings .

· Opportunity to purchase additional promotional advertising in our Program Guide; choose from business card ad, ¼ page ad, ½ page ad, or full page ad. Color ads are also an option.

· Space, as purchased, at the Extravaganza on the 1st of August. Registered brides will be required to visit at least 25 exhibitors that day to qualify for our Prize Drawings to take place throughout the day. We will have both, a Basic and Premium Package, as well as Extras and Electricity that can be purchased for your space.

· An electronic list of all registered brides following the Extravaganza. There will also be the option to purchase a list of all registered brides placed on peel-off address labels via mail.

· If you are a bridal or formalwear shop, you will have the opportunity to be featured in one of our Fashion Shows with pre-expo promotion on our Fashion Show webpage.

· Opportunity to receive a discount (up to 25% off) in exchange for certain services needed for the expo, such as floral designs, décor, music/lighting, etc.

· Promotional tools given to exhibitors, if requested, in order to further promote your business and the Extravaganza.

· Opportunity to be promoted on our 2009 Online Bridal Expo for 8 months prior to the Extravaganza which includes one 160×80 web banner.

Our Goal is to provide quality over quantity. With that in mind, we would love to have you join us as an exhibitor and invite you to reserve your place now in order to take advantage of our early bird specials.



Aloft with ABC Nashville! April 1, 2009

After spending the past evening at the Association of Bridal Consultant’s Nashville Happy Hour Mixer, I was able to meet a lot of interesting people.  My colleague, Courtney Hammons of A Magical Affair, put on a wonderful social where we were able to network with both colleagues and vendors.  Among meeting new people, which is always a favorite of mine, we were able to check out the new Aloft Hotel“s WXYZ Bar in the lobby.  It had an exceptionally eclectic feel that made for great conversation starters.  Below are a few photos of the bar and outside patio that I found on the net.

Also, thank you to Courtney for an amazing evening!  I hope to do it again soon!
